- Scope and Content- to Richard Ripley, of St. Marylebone, Esq, and Kenton Couse of St. Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, Esq., all freehold estates in City of Westminster and elsewhere in Middlesex, and in Pavenham, Beds, for term of 1000 yrs in trust to uses: Annuities: - £100 to sister Mary Waldegrave £50 to niece Mary Chandler £100 to niece Susannah Chandler £50 to uncle John Ingram - subject to foregoing trusts, freehold estates as above to Stephen Wright, Esq., St Martin in the Fields, and James Essex, Architect, Cambridge In trust to uses: - to daughter Anna Maria Cauldwell, widow of Edward Cauldwell, Esq., late captain Royal Navy, for life then sons by seniority, remainder to niece Susannah Chandler for life, then to sons or daughters, remainder to Mary Waldegrave for life, then to her sons or daughters, remainder to uncle John Ingram for life, then to sons or daughters, remainder to trustees to apply profits to use of Thomas Thompson, son of James, by Margaret late of St. Margarets parish, Westminster, plasterer, for life, then to sons by seniority, or daughters, remainder to Ralph Cauldwell, Godwick Hall, Norfolk, Esq., and heirs. - to daughter A.M. Executor: Ripley & Couse 30 March 1779 Codicil: additional annuity: £100 to Susannah Chandler, and principal sum secured by indenture 1 May 1765 (£500) to John Chambers, Esq., which has become vested in testator.
