Consideration £2,920 23 & 24 March 1832 2) Marriage Settlement i) Jane Morris (Marrying Party) ii) Edward Beck of Isleworth, Middlesex, Esq (Marrying Party) iii) Joseph Morris of Ampthill, Esq; Thomas Ashby, the Younger; Edward Lucas of Mill Bank Street, Westminster, Middlesex, Esq (Trustees of the Marriage Settlement) above property 6 & 7 April 1832 3) Discharge of Trust i) Thomas Ashby & Edmund Lucas (Surviving Trustees) ii) Edward Beck (possessor of Life Interest) iii) Edward Beck of Dallam Forge, Warrington, Lancs, Engineer (ultimate reversionary) recites the death of Joseph Morris 6 May 1837 recites the death of Jane Beck 8 February 1834 recites that iii) above was their only child.
