NB A Will of 10 June 1804 produced 15 January 1805 e) Assignment of Mortgage and Further Charge in £10 1) Thomas Setchell (old Mortgagee) 2) Thomas Winepress (Mortgagor) 3) Richard Bird of Beeston in Parish of Sandy, Yeoman (new Mortgagee) above property Consideration £120 paid by 3) to 1) and £10 paid by 3) to 1) 2 March 1805 ) Memorandum endorsed on above of payment by Thomas Winepress of £70 in part payment of £130 Principal owed with all interest up to that date. 2 March 1814 g) memorandum signed by Ann Bird, Widow i) Will of Richard Bird (died April 1827) appointed James Peters, John Bird and Ann Bird Executors.
