    a) Conveyance 1) Joseph Edwards of Potton, Butcher; Charles Heading of Biggleswade, Farmer (Vendors as Trustees and Executors of the Will of Sarah Edwards) 2) David Henry Tebbutt of Potton, Bookseller (Purchaser) Recites Will of Sarah Edwards of Potton (died 1 February 1869) establishing a Trust for her heirs including all her freehold , leasehold and copyholds of the Manor of Potton. She apppointed 1) above as Trustees etc with power of Sale. Will made 6 April 1868. Proved Principal Probate Registry Seven Cottages in Sun Street and Royston Street, Potton with workshop, yard, gardens, well & outhouses, formerly the property of Edmund Burberry & Mary Crowder, widow to which Charles Edwards was admitted tenant on 31 October 1816 and which was formerly described as a Copyhold Messuage or Tenement on the west part of Mill Lane, Potton (held of the Manor of Potton Rectoria) NOW in the occupation of William Jean, James Taylor, William Dennis, Fanny Kitchener, Mary Merrinton, Thomas Christy and Thomas Richardson Cottage with workshop & small garden in front, garden at back with brick & tile barn, formerly occupied by William Giles to which Charles Edwards was admitted tenant on 8 December 1826 (Copyhold of the same Manor) Consideration £295 6 July 1870 Abstract made 1895
