Cottage then divided into two, late Nathan, then Philip Samm; now 2 sites or tofts. Close of 3 acres abutting south on common street, rent per annum 10 1/2d. To which Decimus and Mary Reynolds were admitted 9 May 1757; now both died without issue. Attached, copy power of attorney: Richard Reynolds to Samuel Davis, to be admitted, and then to surrender to John Horton and James Bedford of Clophill (trustees of will of Charles Dilly are selling to them)
