CC229 Release 1) Rev. Decimus Reynolds of Chalfont St Files, Bucks. 2) Rev Denise, Lord Bishop of Kilmore, Ireland. 3) Richard Cumberland of Queen Ann Street, Saint Mary-le-Bone. Recites marriage settlement of 1) and his wife Mary, then Mary White of Ampthill daughter of Thomas White and Mary White of Clophill dated 27/28 November 1751, and indenture of 20/21 October 1756. 1) has no children. Provision in the indentures that after decease of 1) and his wife, Mary and failure of issue the remainder to the use of Richard Cumberland. In consideration for the great regard and affection which 1) has for 3) and for the sum of 10 shillings from 2), 1) conveys property as in CC228 to 2). 1) to levy a fine in the Court of Pleas before the end of the Trinity Term. 2) to hold property to the use of 1) for life, then to use of Mary the wife of 1) and then, failing any lawful issue of 1), to 3) his heirs and assigns for ever. Covenant for 1) to be able to grant leases etc
