Pieces of arable land dispersed in the Parish Fields and boundaries of Biggleswade (160 acres), then or late in the occupation of Edward Rudd, the grandfather one part lying in South Field on Hanger Hill or near a piece of ground there called Hanger Hill Piece another part lying on a field called Holmside (18 acres) on the south side of the London Road (formerly the lands of Mark Mott Esq and purchased with other lands by Edward Rudd from Richard Lee of Clifton, Gent, deceased,. Lee was the son & heir of Richard Lee of Potton, Gent, deceased) 15 & 16 Arp 1766 2) Copy of Court Roll of the Manor of Biggleswade. Edward Rudd surrenders to the use of his Will AND Asignment and Conditional Surrender in £4500 and interest by Edward Rudd (Mortgagor) and Sir Edward Stanhope (a former Mortgagee), paid off by Robert Thurgood of Baldock, Herts, Brewer (Mortgagee) 16 & 17 April 1768 3) Copy of Court Roll of the Manor of Biggleswade.
