Letter from Thomas Collingdon to Rumball: if Wootton wants more land nr. Pepperstock, Lord Bute might part with the small farm occupied by Clarke, called Cold Arbour; provided Wootton would part with Gibralter common in the Park, on condition that a fair price is put on latter; but would give very little more than real worth. Cold Arbour contains 33a. & 3 cotts. & some v.g. brick earth. Please speak to Wootton. Park farm is to let as now occupied by Bates, at corn rent if preferred.
