    1) Samuel Sandon of Northill, farmer; Thomas Yoxen of same, shopkeeper (they have survived Benjamin Jefferies of Great Barford, farmer and maltster deceased), mortgagees 2) Willder Daniel of Biggleswade, gent., vendor 3) William Larkins of same, draper (purchaser of part of premises) 4) John Brunt of biggleswade, draper (trustee to await inheritance) William Larkins agreed to purchase land listed below. Benjamin Jefferies died 16 May 1820 Piece of land being the scite or ground upon which several messuages or tenements formerly stood in Biggleswade. Abutts Shortmead Street to west (Formerly in the several tenures or occupations of William Carter, John Mole, John Sheffield, Thomas Chamberlain, widow Tingey and William Pepper; afterwards of John Mole, John Sheffield and Richard Currie and then or late of Willder Daniel) Witness: Thomas Gill, junior, solicitor of Biggleswade.
