    Recites: 1) Will of William Brunt the elder of Biggleswade, gent (died 2 January 1828) to son John, messuage in Langford Street and 6 cottages on Langford Street, Biggleswade and other premises. charged with moiety of legacy of £900 in trust for testators daughter Mary Larkins to Thomas Mcgarth, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins and their heirs - several messuages or dwelling houses in Palace yard, Biggleswade AND 2 messuages in Shortmead Street on trust to pay an annuity of £15 for each of his grandchildren William and Sarah Brunt Perkins for life (to be used for their maintenance during their minorities) on trust as to one moiety for all the children of his son William Brunt upon trust for son John to convey above accordingly. Other property to raise moiety of legacy of £900 to pay son William & Elizabeth £1 per week on trust for children of son William Legacy of £50 to Thomas Perkins made 17 Sep 1827; proved PCC 21 Jan 1828 2) William Larkins last surviving trustee died 20 Jun 1870 3) Sarah Larkins Perkins (called above Sarah Brunt Perkins) died 19 Jan 1885 4) William Perkins died 5) Trust deed i) Beneficiaries under will of William Brunt the elder ii) Henry Nix Clayton of Biggleswade (trustee) recites will of William Brunt recites death of William Larkins (survived T. Watts not heard of since 1884 and believed gone abroad. recites death of J.W.
