    Auctioneer C.C. & T. Moore of Mile End Road, London E. Auction to take place at the Mart, London. Lot 1 Brick built house and shop, High Street & Market Place, Biggleswade. Contains attic, 3 bedrooms and sitting room upstairs, dining room, kitchen, cellar underneath, scullery and small garden with well on Lot 2. As now used shop and part 2 floor warehouse, whole depth of premises with entrance in rear to Back Street. In the occupation of Thomas Powers, ironmonger, yearly tenant. Rent £30 per annum.
