-- Raunds House, Podington, now in the occupation of Luke Bolney (let for life by Judith Orlebar, but John Orlebar is entitled to inheritance); consisting of 6 bays of building, 2 bays stable, 2 fence-walls. The house is not now thoroughly finished and fitted up, and putting it into good tenantable condition will require a large expence. Witness. William Slumpton. 12 October 1754.
