On Elizabeth's death, whole estate to be sold. Money accruing out of this sale to be distributed as follows:
£100 legacy to son in law James Newby Wilson in trust for Ellis James N Wilson (grandson of Ellis Piggott Jeakings) on his death to pay legacy of £100 to committee of Management of Earleswood Asylum, Redhill, Surrey and £50 to funds of Temperance Hospital, Hampstead Road, London
Residue to right heirs as if Ellis Piggott Jeakings had died intestate
