    Recites will of John Beaumont (dead some time since) - to wife Mary, all freehold and copyhold messuages etc. including copyhold held of Manor of Biggleswade for life BUT copyhold messuage and malting in Biggleswade SUBJECT to annuity of £5 to testator's sister Elizabeth Jones, widow. On wife's death, copyhold messuage, cottage or tenement, malting etc., now in testators own occupation, chargeable as above, to grandson William Bevans. To William 2 sisters Mary and Elizabeth Bevans £100 charged on above premises. Will made 28 Aug 1790 Customary or copyhold messuage, cottage or tenement, malting etc. High Street, Biggleswade, late in occupation of John Beaumont (he was admitted 20 & 21 Oct 1786) Rent 9d per annum Note: Bevans spelt Bevan on dorse
