Recites Conveyance 1) Henry Taylor & Joseph Gutteridge 2) John Butterfield, Malster 3) executors of Thomas Evans :. £997.10s so much more than annuities under the will, Taylor advised 1) can not prove good title 23 & 24 May 1806.
