"This information upon his oath saith that between seven and eight oclock in the evening of Tuesday the 17th day of October instant he hath reason to suspect and doth suspect that Edward Albone late of the parish of Biggleswade in the said county carpenter did feloniously steal take and carry away one live duck out of his hen house his property value of ten pence at Biggleswade aforesaid."
