    a) Messuage, cottage or tenement etc, Biggleswade, formerly in the occupation of William Rands and John Hunt, since that of Ann Hunt, widow, deceased and then and now of Thomas Hodges and William Sheffield. b) Piece of arable land or garden ground, lying near or adjoining said messuage abuttments: north: premises of John Heath east: chapel field part of south: property late Mr Malden's west: Shortmead Street AND 13 tenements or dwelling houses lately erected and builton it at the back of the messuage a) above, now in the occupations of Thomas Ives, Joseph Brown, Frederick Mosely, Mr Green, George Whitfield, Jonathan Endersby, George Sharpe, Joseph Howe, Isaac Mortimer, Robert Easthale, William Goss, Robert Thurgood and Mr Reynolds c) Piece of land or ground, Biggleswade, late in the occupation of Samuel Benson abuttments north: a) and b) east: public footpath leading across chapel field west: premises late of Samuel benson but now of Thomas Handley and others south: premises of William Chew and lately purchased by him from Thomas Hodges AND tenement or dwelling house and outbuildings lately erected and built at the south east corner of the last mentioned piece of land (late in the occupation of Benjamin Robinson but now of William Tweed AND tenement or dwelling house, shed, stable, workshop and premises lately erected and built at the north west corner of above piece of land, now in the occupation of Samuel Benson
