Surrender by Charles Barnett of Stratton Biggleswade, Esq; Samuel Wells of Biggleswade, brewer and Sam Brunt of Holme, Biggleswade.
Cottage, tenement or dwelling house and premises to same belonging in the Back Street of Biggleswade (erected on site of a cottage or tenement which at the late fire of Biggleswade was burnt down)
AND small piece of ground adjoining as is now staked containing 36 square yards and four feet.
(Joint use of well in the yard privy jointly contributing to the repairs) Now or late with James Meager.
