(Trustees covenant to lay out £5000 in stock). (B) Deed Poll (endorsed on A), itself reciting death of James Hesse in August 1783, and appointing Solomon Hesse, Jos. Judd and John Kirton as trustees. And (C) Death of Solomon Hesse, marriage of Ann Hesse with George Brooks, deaths of George Brooks (1817) and John Kirton, appointment of John Brooks of Chancery Lane, banker, and said Obadiah Legrew Hesse as trustees, and the death of John Brooks].
