As far north as start of Langley Road & S London Rd - Albert Road junction - marks St Paul's church & children's home ,to be site of St Paul's Parsonage, witnesses incl Arthur Nash of the Hoo, Welwyn, 3 Aug 1899, Attested 9 Aug 1899
