By his will, said J.A. Leng left his estate to his wife Charlotte Leng (1905) Conveyance reciting death of C. Leng. Alice Fanny Leng of Brixton, south London, spinster, conveyed the land to Nathaniel Hall, grower of Sandy for £430 in 1919. N. hall died 1922 Conveyance, 1925.
