By his will, said J.A. Leng left his estate to his wife Charlotte Leng (1905) Conveyance reciting death of C. Leng. Alice Fanny Leng of Brixton, south London, spinster, conveyed the land to Nathaniel Hall, grower of Sandy for £430 in 1919. N. hall died 1922 Conveyance, 1925. By Elizabeth Anne Ivett, James William Hall and daughters, reciting the will of J.N. Hall, to Samuel Dilley of Arlesey, market gardener ('the purchaser') for £400 Mortgage 1925 by Samuel Dilley to Esther Zilpeh Lucas of Bedford, spinster, for £250 at 5% interest (redeemed 1934) Mortgage 1925 by Samuel Dilley to Claude Duncombe Conquest of Paddington, Middlesex, surveyor, for £100 at 6%. redeemed 1934 Conveyanve 1934 by Samuel Dilley to George Riley & Co (Contractors) Limited for £900
