Leighs at liberty to remove present fence on S.W. side of land conveyed at any time within one month after date. Brown will then erect forthwick & and maintain for so long as Leighs require it. On S.E. & S.W. side of land conveyed strained barbed wire fence, of not less than 6 strands with proper posts or supports or other suitable fence not less than 5ft high to separate land sold from other land belonging to 1) but openings & gates at S.E. end of Cowper Street & Harcourt Street & at S.W. end of Albert Road so as to allow Leighs free access to roads & to their adj land.
