Condition of sale to cut down all trees to 1s per stick and that inclusive at valuation to be made (trees valued at £70.5s ie Total purchase money £545.5s) Messuage now or formerly known as Hoggens with garrden ground and premises formerly in possession of John Long and afterwards of Richard Wielde in East pt of Houghton Regis somtime since in occupance of John Long, grandson of above. And afterwards of Joseph Groome and now of Mrs Prickett (lot 2 purchased by Edward French) AND messuage, cottage or tenement, messuages, cottages or tenements heretofore 2 bays of buildings and formerly pt of messuage or farmhouse called Jenkyns. Wherein Elizabeth & Mary Hogg formerly dwelt in Houghton Regis opposite to the end of the Mansion House heretofore of Henry Brandreth Esq and afterwards of - Duncomb, Gentleman. AND close, Orchard or backside etc or near adj and heretofore reputed contain 1R described now as 2 cottages or tenements with the orchard or piece of garden ground in Houghton Regis (2R, 34P) now occupance by John Hawkins and widow Groome. (lot 1) purchased by Edward French). AND plot of land allotted at Enclosure (1799) in East Field (3A, 2R, 3P) now is in occupance of John Hawkins.
