    - Tilsworth pp1-9, 5 September 1902. (also ref A71) Copy of the original award certified as such by R Douglas Trimmer, Assistant Keeper of the Public Records. The certified copy refers to the inrolment of the Award on 15 July at the Court of Common Pleas, by deposit 'of his deed', by Thomas Dickins [ref Recovery Roll (Common Pleas) Deeds Inrolled Roll 85]. An Award - likely to be the original - is also available at the Buckinghamshire Record Office (their ref D/C/5 item 5) in the Chester muniments. Commissioners: 1) Thomas Dickens of Chichley, Bucks, 2) John Franklin jnr of Leighton Buzzard, 3) Samuel Wyatt of Burton on Trent, Staffs. Public Record Office certified (by an Assistant Keeper) copy of the copy of the Award inrolled on the Recovery Rill of the Court of Common Pleas for the Easter Term 49 George III (1809), namely Roll 137.
