Joseph Cuthbert will convey closes in Elmington, Oundle, Northamptonshire. Recites deed of 31 May 1763; Elizabeth Isham will appoint her contingent reversion in a moiety of the rectory of Ashton, Oundle, so that after her death and that of her husband and of Mary Cuthbert, it may stand charged with the payment of £2,000 to Richard Orlebar.
