between the said George Rotherham , being Lord of the Manner of Luton & the other parties above mentioned"". They hold of the Manor by a free socage tenure - question whether they should pay relief on alienation in fee. 2) agree to pay 1) & his successors 1 years rent for land aliened held of Manor of Luton.
