Consideration £39-3-5 (debt) and £35-16-7, together £75. nos. 3 and 5 Pilcroft St, Bedford, occupied by by Thomas Billington and George Slater, abutting on property late of Joseph Browne deceased, now of Samuel Middleton on north, on property of trustees of late George Dilley on south, partly on property late of Joseph Browne now of Ann Paviour, partly of James Clarke on east, on Pilcroft Street on west. Measurements as in AD4033/2. Covenant by ii) to pay principal and interest when due.
