the capital messuage called Hinwick House, Church close with the spring pond, closes adjoining the dog kennel east of brook, Spinney close that goes down to the fishponds, ponds spinney, summerhouse, Coney warren, Stonepit close, Little close rented by Martin Cole, and all great tithes in common fields of Hinwick;
Residue to provide an annuity of £400 for Richard Orlebar, John Orlebar receiving the rents.
