    Whereas: George Pryor late of Clifton Reynes, gentleman, died 5 Dec 1733; by will left pecuniary legacy to i) & others; nephew Richard Pryor & another executors; said Richard proved same & is since dead; administration of personal estate of George Pryor with will annexed, left unadministered by Richard has been granted to i) Whereas: William Pryor senior, late of Clifton Reynes gent. Died 30 Jan. 1733; by will dated 20 June 1730 devised to grandson William Pryor eldest son of William Pryor his son, deceased, at age of 21 -manor of shelton with appurtenances. & during minority of said grandson profits to go to son Richard. (executor named therein) allowing thereout £25 p.a for maintenance of said grandson; if grandson refuse conditions therein or die under 21, then premises go to said Richard Chargeable with £500 p.a. to said Mary; bequeaths £1,000 to said Mary; probate P.C.C. 1 March 1733 Whereas: Rich. Pryor died Aug. 1735 without paying any of the said legacies; by will dated 28July 1735 devised to nephew William Pryor only son of bother William Pryor deceased.-all lands etc. in Dunstable Houghton (Houghton Regis) Beds. T sister Mary Pryor £300; said nephew & Mary executors & residuary legatees; probate 11 Dec. next (1735) in P.C.C. by said William Pryor only. Whereas: William Pryor, grandson of said William Pryor senior & nephew & acting executor of said Richard Pryor died intestate 30 April 1736 & Administration granted by P.C.C. to Mary Pryor. Whereas: George Pryor, William Pryor senior, Richard Pryor & William Pryor the grandson at time of their respective deaths were severally indebted to several persons in various sums of money of which some have since been paid. Some remain unpaid.
