    recites three abstracted indentures concerning principal money secured by indenture of 28 December 1831 which money had not deen paid at the time appointed and that it had been reduced to £18,255 15s. 2d. It was witnessed that in consideration of the payment of the money Thomas Ashby (with consent of Edmund Lucas) releases premises to iii) Premises - four undivided fifth parts of premises mentioned in marriage settlements of 7 April 1832, 2 October 1832 and 24 December 1833 (see AD3931)
