relating to the Kings Head, Church Street, Dunstable, formerly in the possession of Richard Mayer, deceased, afterwards of William Saunders, since of George Oliver, late in the occupation of William Wingrave, afterwards of Henry Pring and now of George Hillsdon, John Brewer, William Imfrey and Susannah Fensam, and stables which were late in the occupation of George Fossey and now of Thomas Hobbs, etc. Also a barn with appurtenances covered with thatch and the ground where the other barn or stable was taken down, and also all deeds, writings, etc. Attested copy made 31 December 1801 of original classed at CCE2231A/ 12 dated 10 October 1799
