- Scope and Contentrelating to an Inn in a street called Church Street in East End, Dunstable, known as the Kings Head, formerly in the possession of Richard Mayer, deceased, afterwards of William Saunders and since of George Oliver and late of William Wingrave and now of Henry Pring, and barns with appurtenances, covered with thatch, late in the occupation of Rachael Mayer, all of which said last mentioned premises late were in the occupation of Elizabeth Seaton, widow, and now of said Henry Pring, formerly part of the estate of Mary Rogers and afterwards of William Burton and late of Edward Appleford and now of Sarah Appleford, widow. Attested copy made 10 January 1800 of original classed at C.C.E.2231A/11A and B, dated 5 & 6 November 1778.
