    Parties: (i) Thomas Heyne of Bolnhurst, John Smyth, late of the same, and John Stoke of the same (ii) William Frankeleyn, Robert Spencer, Henry Fynche, Thomas Merlyn of Cresys and Thomas Merlyn of le Overend Property: a messuage and 11 acres of land with appurtenances in Colmworth [Colmorth]; (a) which messuage is situated between [the messuage] [text obscured]…..[Colm]orth on the east and the messuage of John Beer on the west and with the headland on the south side abutting [text obscured]…..head[land] [to the] west abutting on land of Thomas Hervy; (b) 5 acres of land lying by the parcel [following text obscured]…..Croft, namely 6 selions with 2 gores lying together there between land of William Wytte on the [west] side [following text obscured]…..Gerard Bye on the east side with ‘Lez Hedenes’ at the headland [to the] south next to the start [fundamentum] (of the ditch?)[ following text obscured]…..upon land of the Abbot of Thorney and with the headland at the head [forera ad caput][to the] west; (c) 8 selions and a gore [following text obscured]…..acres lying together in the same furlong [quarentena] between land of the Lord on the east side and land of Gerard Bye on the west [text obscured]…..with ‘Lez Hedenes’ at the headland [to the] south next to the start [fundamentum] of the ditch abutting upon land of John Botild’ senior text obscured]…..and with the headland at the head [to the west] [containing 3.75 acres]; (d) 7 selions with one headland lying together at Heberdysgappe between land of Thomas Broy on the south side and land of John Langenho on the west side and to the head(land) [caput] to the west abutting on the headland of the Lord and a headland lying there next to land of the Lord on the west side; and the said headland and 7 selions contain 2.25 acres lying by the parcel in Cappeley; Which house and land the feoffors with John Heyne now (deceased?) lately [following text obscured]…..had by the gift and feoffment of John Agn/Agu son of Thomas Agn/Agu late of Colmworth.
