(a) all those land and tenements with their appurtenances that lie in the vill and fields of Colmworth which Thomas Spenser, Thomas Golde, John Cleryng and Thomas Newman (deceased) lately had by the gift and feoffment of Richard Newman and William Andymer
Habendum:
- to the grantees from the Chief Lord of that fee by the services thence due and by right accustomed forever.
