    1) John Emmerton Wescomd of Thrumpton, Notts, Esq (Heir at law of surviving Trustee) 2) Rev Henry Dennis of Kings Langley Herts, Clerk & Mary his wife 3) William Wotton of Kings Langley, Herts Esq (to whom real estate is conveyed as ultimate reversionary of will of Brydges, recites will of Elizabeth Brydges who died Dec 1806 at Ledbury (see LHE 119) death of Nicholas Wescomb one of Trustees at Langford Grove Aug 1808 ,at death of Elizabeth Brydges 3 surviving children of Richard Emmerton Wotton ,Richard ( eldest ) William, Mary ( now wife of Henry Dennis) recites Bill in Chancery by Mary Brydges V Richard & the other 2 children by Richard as their guardian & John Emmerton Wescomb Emmerton, surviving Trustee ,Trinity 1810, recites decree of Chancery referredto Master of Chancery Campbell to take account of estate of testatrix ordered Bill be dismissed against John Wescomb Emmerton Wescomb who had never acted in execution of trusts of will. Report of 4 May 1812 followed by Order of Chancery - Mary ordered to transfer sums of stock to Accountant General in the cause so much of Bank 3 % annuities as would answer Annuity of £30 pa to Catherine Maurice so much as would answer Annuity of £30 pa be transefered ' to Leo Thomas's Annuity Account all legacies payable during Mary Brydges lifetime & still unpaid to be satisfield. ref back to master to find out what clear residue of personal estate would be after payment of above. Ordered plaintiff (Mary Brydges) entitled to interest & dividends of clear residue during her life. 16 Nov 1812.Ffurther order 3 March 1817 annual proceeds of real estate & residue of personal estate been paid thereafter recites: death of Richard Wotton died 20 Aug 1817 buried at Foremark near Ingleby, Derbyshire, intestate & unmarried, leaving (3)above heir at law who got admin from P.C.C. recites will of John Emmerton Wescomb Emmerton (died Thrumpton Nov 1823) freehold estates to residue, which went to nephew John Emmerton Wescomb ( eldest son of Nick Wescomb ) but does not incl Trust estates appts made 30 Oct 1823 proved PCC 4Dec 1823.Recites Lease & Release 1) Mary brydges (life interst in Elizabeth Brydges's moiety absolute owner of her own moiety. 2) John Emmerton Wescomb 3) William Wotton (ultimate reversionary to moiety of below 4) Mary Wotton 5) William Dobson of Strand, Stationer. (purchaser) recites 1) having no issue & from her advanced age there being then no probability of her having any. Messuage, Strand, Middlesex, 17& 18 Feb 1825. Groome, Henry Dennis & Mary his wife V Sir Harford Jones Brydges as excecutor of Mary Brydges.Recites Decree: ref to Dowdeswell, Master in Chancery to state who were children of Testatrix's cousin Richard Emmerton Wotton & who were people entitled to legacies in Report of 4 May 1812 & and were not payable till Mary Brydges death 25 Nov 1826.Dowdeswell's Report 3 children Richard, Mary, William, Elizabeth, Mary & John Emmerton Wotton.
