    Draft continuation Abstract of Title to 6.5 acres in Stanbridge (I) lease and release of 6-7 Jul 1818: Parties: (i) Daniel Ellingham and Hannah, his wife; (ii) Thomas Howes of Edlesborough [Buckinghamshire], cordwainer; (iii) Thomas Lane Wood of Leighton Buzzard Operative Part - (i) conveyed (a)-(k) to (ii) Property - 6.5 acres of arable in Stanbridge formerly in the occupation of William Capp, now Daniel Ellingham senior: (a) one acre in Boneland Furlong, Muggendon Field with land late of John Pittman, clerk, in the occupation of Arthur Ellingham NE and late of Mrs Jane Cooper SW; (b) half an acre in Lang Furlong with land late of John Pembroke NE and late of Richard Whinnett SW; (c) half an acre in Lang Furlong with land late of George Pembroke W and land late of John Fowler NE; (d) half an acre in Lang Furlong with land of Thomas Cowslade NE and land late of Gabriel Ellingham SW; (e) half an acre in Great Dinges with land late of Newland NE and of Franklin SW; (f) one acre in Lang Furlong with land of Franklin NE and land late of Gabriel Ellingham SW; (g) one land in Lang Furlong with land of John Pittman NE and late of Richard Whinnett W; (h) half an acre in Great Dinges, Muggendon Field with land late of Mrs. Brandreth SW and late of John Pittman NE; (i) a headland to Harlington Hill Furlong on SW part of Great Dinges with land late of John Pittman NE; (j) half an acre on the sunny side of Muggendon Hill with land late of Thomas Cobb NE and late of Richard Whinnett W; (k) half an acre on the sunny side of Charlton Hill with land late of George Pembroke SW and land of Franklin NE Covenants: - by (i) with (ii) to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc; - (i) to produce lease and release of 2-3 May 1774 from William and John Partridge to John Partridge [see SH49/3/5] (II) SH49/3/11
