    Parties: (i) Mary Keene of Leighton Buzzard, spinster; (ii) John Partridge of Eggington, yeoman; (iii) William Dormore of Stanbridge, yeoman; (iv) Edward Walker of Leighton Buzzard, victualler (trustee for (ii) and (iii)) Reciting: - (a) was conveyed to William Valentine on 12-13 Oct 1714 by Edward Leach and Richard Leach; - will of William Valentine's of 23 Mar 1730 devising (a) to Susannah, his daughter, wife of (i); - mortgage by demise for a thousand years of 15 May 1738 in which (ii) and Susannah, his wife (lately dead) mortgaged (a) to (i) for £100 at 4% interest; - the principal sum and some interest amounting together to £112 was still outstanding; - (i) had contracted to sell seven acres ((b)-(l)), part of (a) to (ii) for £112 and keep six acres for himself ((m)-(v)); Operative Part - (iii) paid £112 to (i), by direction of (ii); - (ii) paid 5/- to (i); - (iv) paid 5/- to (i); - (i) assigned (b)-(v) by direction of (ii) and (iii) to (iv) Property: (a) 13 acres of arable, ley, pasture, meadow and swerd dispersed in the fields of Stanbridge formerly in the occupation of William Valentine, then John Partridge which had been conveyed; (b) 3.5 acres in Nauldwick Furlong, Nauldwick Field with land of Arthur Ellingham N and John Capon S; (c) one land in Nauldwick Furlong with land of Arthur Ellingham S and Richard Whinnett N; (d) two roods in Dinges with land of Mrs. Brandreth E and Cowslade W; (e) one land Meadway furlong abutting on (d) with land formerly of Thomas Prentice W and Thomas Pierson E; (f) one land in Heydon Furlong with land of George Pembroke E and W; (g) a headland in Kempsole Furlong, Twenty Acre Field with land land of Iremonger S; (h) an acre in Sandy Furlong with land of Mrs. Baldwin N and John Capon S; (i) one land in Aston Dean Furlong abutting on Kilby Leys with land of Henry Sylby E and William Mann W; (j) a land in Outlong in Muggendon Field with land formerly of Richard Brigges E and Newland W; (k) one land in Muggendon Pitts with land of Brandreth E and Pembroke W; (l) a land at Landlyes in Outlong, land of Iremonger We and Joseph Tearle E; (m) an acre in Bonneland Furlong, Muggendon Field, land formerly of Robert Bawdrye E and John Iremonger W; (n) half an acre in Lang Furlong with land of Henry Honnor W and Thomas Pearson E; (o) half an acre in Lang Furlong with land formerly of Gabriel Rawlyne W and Thomas Cooke E; (p) half an acre in Great Dinges in Muggendon Field with land formerly of Thomas Pearson E and Thomas Ellingham, now John Capon W; (q) an acre in Lang Furlong with land formerly of John Tearle E and Thomas Ellingham, now John Capon W; (r) a land in Lang Furlong with land of John Iremonger E and that formerly of Thomas Pearson W; (s) a land in Great Dinges with land formerly of Thomas Buckmaster W and John Iremonger E; (t) a headland in Great Dinges with land of formerly of Andrew Bawdrey E; (u) a land "on the sunny side of Muggendon Hill" with land formerly of John Tearle E and Thomas Clarke W; (v) land on the "sunny side of Charlton Hill" with land formerly of Henry Honnor W and John Tearle E Habendum: - to (iv) during the residue of the term of one thousand years created by the mortgage in 1738, (b)-(l) to be held in trust for (iii) and (m)-(v) to be held in trust for (ii) Covenant: - by (iii) to produced scheduled deeds to (ii) Schedule of Deeds: - 31 May 1616: feoffment: (1) Gabriel Draper alias Rawlyns and Henry Brugis; (2) Thomas Leach; 10.5 acres of arable in Stanbridge and two half yards of meadow in Billington Meadow; - 30 Oct 1616: feoffment: (1) Richard and Robert Briggs; (2) John Carter; 3 acres of arable in Stanbridge; - 16 Oct 1622: feoffment: (1) John Carter; (2) Thomas Leach of three acres in Stanbridge; - 14 Jan 1666 [1667]: abstract of the will of James Leach, father of Joan Turney to whom he devised all his real estate; - 6 May 1714: abstract of the will of Joan Turvey, widow, in which she devised all her real estate to Richard Leach and Edward Leach, her kinsmen in trust for sale; - 12-13 Oct 1714: lease and release: (1) Edward and Richard Leach; (2) William Valentine; 13 acres of arable in Stanbridge; - 23 Mar 1730 [1731]: will of William valentine devising the 13 acres in Stanbridge to his daughter Susannah Partridge; - 15 May 1738: mortgage: (1) John and Susannah Partridge; (2) Mary Keene; - 15 May 1738: bind to perform mortgage covenants; - Easter 1 George II: fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc Witnesses: - R.
