    Leaves estate at Thrumpton, (which he purchased from late Rev John Rolleston) to Nephew John Wescomb of Langford Grove, Essex for life, but to use of Rev Thomas Parkinson of Kegsworth, Leics. D.D. & Nicholas Mason Day of same place, Surgeon to support contingent. Remainders. Reversion to first & every other son of John Wescomb in tail male. Reversion to William Wescomb for life. Reversion to John Wescomb & heirs for ever. Redeemed the Land Tax on estate at Thrumpton and on that at Gotham Notts intailed by Will of Testator's Uncle, late John Emmerton Esq.Leaves land Tax so redeemed with the land (the land Tax at Gotham to nephew John Wescomb) John Wescomb also gets freehold & Copyhold estate at Whaddon, Bucks, late Hobb's Hickmans & left by father to testator). Gives Mrs Elizabeth Susanna Norwood, sister of late wife legacy of £100 to be paid to her 6 months after her decease and annuity of £60 p.a. to William Wotton of Kings Langley, Herts. Surgeon £800 3% Consolidated Annuities (standing in Testator's name in Bank of England) on trust to see and divide same between grandchildren (then living) of Mrs Elizabeth Scott late of Green St, Grosvenor Sq. Westminster, Widow. deceased.£1,000 3% as above to William Wolton/Wotton? and sister Mary Sotton spinster equally as Tenants in Common. Nephew Wescomb legacy of £500 at end of 6 months & all stock 3% Reduced Bank Annuities. General Hospital or Infirmary at or near Nottingham £100. Lunatic Asylum at same £100, both clear of legacy duty. Esteemed friends Dr. Parkinson & Rev William Beltham of Tortlingstock Notts, 20 guineas each to person who shall be perpetual curate of Thrumpton at time of testator's decrease 10 guineas, to sister Lucy, widow of late bro Nicholas Wescomb, Esq. 20 guineas to Rev. William Cuntrell 10 guineas. Rev Archdeacon Brown & Rev Thomas Stevenson heretofore Minister of Thrumpton £10 each Rt Hon & Rev Ld Aston £10. To Overseers of Poor of Thrumpton £10. To Overseers of Poor of Nash £5,for use of the indigent poor at each of those places - to be paid within 6 mths of decease. : Within 3 mths decease executors to invest in 3% Reduced Bank Annuities as shall be equal to £100 sterling dividends to use of Parish Clerk of Thrumpton, pay legacy duty on above out of own effects. To 3 servants Esther Rowe, Francis Taylor & William Daft £100 each. To Susannah wife of William Daft £10. Re other servants - 10 years Service £20, 5 years service £10, 2 years service £5, independant of what is due for wages to be paid with 6 months clear of legacy duty.
