- Scope and ContentParties: (i) William Pantling of Eggington, publican; (ii) Thomas Gurney of Stanbridge, farmer; (iii) David Thomas Willis of Winslow [Buckinghamshire], gentleman Reciting: - conveyance by lease and release of 28-29 Apr 1837 in which George Robins conveyed (a)-(b) to (i); - inclosure of Stanbridge had been agreed and a commissioner had been appointed; - the commissioner had allotted (c) in compensation for (a)-(b) - (i) had built a cottage on (c), now in the occupation of Charles Horn Operative Part - (i) released and appointed (c) to (ii) for £160 Property: (a) three lands of half an acre each lying together in Muggindon Field "on the shady side of Muggindon Hill" with land of Mrs. Pembroke E and W; (b) one rood in Mill Field by Puddle Pit with land of Colonel Gilpin W and Puddle Pit Baulk E; (c) land of 1a 0r 6p in Noldwick Field, Stanbridge bounded NW by the Billington road, N by Leighton Buzzard road and E and S by the first allotment to Thomas Gurney Habendum: - to (ii) for uses declared; to the use of (ii) for life; to the use of (iii) for the life of and in trust for (ii); to the use of (ii) for ever Witnesses: - John Goodman, clerk to Messrs Willis of Leighton Buzzard; - George Richardson, clerk to Messrs Willis of Leighton Buzzard
