Will of William Capp the elder of Stanbridge, husbandman: - devising his acre of land in Stanbridge to his wife Alice for her life, remainder to his son John; - bequeathing his personal estate, including husbandry implements and live and dead farming stock to his wife as long as she stayed a widow, remainder equally to his son William by his first wife and his six daughters and son by Alice, namely Ann Gilts, Mary Flint, Deborah Capp, Martha Capp, Sarah Capp, Phebe Capp and John Capp; - ordering an inventory of his personal estate to be made after his death; - appointing Alice sole executrix; - witnesses: William Ellingham; Francis Chase; Jeremy Willis Attached probate of 16 Apr 1816
