Will of William Capp the elder of Stanbridge, yeoman: - devising 2.5 acres dispersed in the common fields of Stanbridge to his son William for his life, with remainder to his grandson, also William (son of William Capp and his late wife Jane); - bequeathing all household goods and money and residue of his personal estate to his son William subject to legacies below: - bequeathing a legacies of £40 each to his son Hugh and daughters Ann, wife of Joseph Emerton and Phebe, wife of Joseph Tearle; - bequeathing a legacy of £40 to be divided amongst the children of William Irons which he had be his first wife, the testator's late daughter - nominating William Capp his sole executor; - Witnesses: David Willis; David Lee Willis; Charles Willis Attached probate of 30 Jun 1795
