Elizabeth & Mary Brydges, also of Ledbury, spinsters, daughters and only issue of William & Mary 2)Robert George of Quality Court, Chancery Lane, County of Middlesex, Gent, (Tenant to Precipe to 3 Recoveries in Herts, Beds & Herefordshire) 3)Thomas Brockhurst of Upton Upon Severn, County of Worcester, Gent (demandant) 1) recites will of William Brydges, 2) Covenant by Brydges that wife & daughters would be able to enjoy as if personal estate, acc. to ancient custom of London, if invested any or all of personal estate in purchasing freehold & copyhold messuage, 26 May 1744, did purchase property.
