-- The site of the manor of Podington, and the mansion house or chief messuage there, with buildings and lands therewith belonging, in occupation of Agnes Ansley, widow;
--a cottage called Syrperse in Hinwick, in the same occupation; with court baron and court leet.
Lessee may take such wood as shall be needfull for “ hedgboote and fyarboote”; and will be responsible for “all manner of quindens”
