Report on the examination of Elizabeth Kendal by Justices of the Peace, regarding her settlement after her husband's death, after the six or seven years' work done by him as a labourer at Southill.

"abt 30 years ago she was married to Joseph Kendal & lived with him 6 or 7 years at Southill where He worked as a labourer, but gained no settlement, neither hath she done any thing to gain a settlement for herself, since her said hunband's death, whose legal settlement (as she verily believes was at Solbury in the ye county of Bucks."
