(c) by above Act of Parliment all Real and Personal estate of William Morley & late Director of South Sea Company or any person holding in trust for him on 1 June 1720 were vested in above Trustees for sale (d) Extension Act to above Act 9 Geo. I repeating clause re Trusts above for sale. (e)1 full 3rd of estates vested in Morley. 1/3 Manor of Peppyshull alias Pepsall (as above)in Flamstead. £499 paid to Conrad de Colo Esq (Cashier of South Sea Company) by John Osman. 8 May 1724. Endorsement.
