Griffis of London, Porter recites Lease for 99 years to await inheritance. 1) George Turney, then of London Merchant & Sancta, his wife. (dam of William Rolls late B.D. & Rector of Chalfont St. Giles, Bucks (Owners). 2) Samuel Bell of London, Merchant (ultimate Trustee)3) Joseph Paice & Edward Saunderson then of London, Merchant (Trustees for 99 years) Manor of Peppyshull Alias Pepshall Burrow, Flamstead etc. 3) Joseph Paice & Edward Saunderson then of London, Merchant (Trustees for 99 years) Manor of Peppyshull Alias Pepshall Burrow, Flamstead etc. described exactly as in LHE101 with the following minor differences. Clarks Spinney is credited with 88 poles rather than 8 in LHE101.The LHE101 version is here clearly correct ""Hawsfield"" or ""Hawfield"" is in this document given as Hawefield ""6 Acres Close"" is credited with 9A rather than ""3A"",15 May 1706. (b) Assignment of Lease for 99 years. 1) Joseph Paice & Edmund Sanderson (former assignees) 2) Samuel Ball 3) Charles Peers & John Child jnr.4) William Morley of London, Merchant, Director of South Sea Company, Charles Lloyd, Citizen & Skinner of London, Lewis Yonge, Citizen & Skinner of London (new assignees) 5) George Turney & Sancta his wife, 3 Aug 1710. (c) by above Act of Parliment all Real and Personal estate of William Morley & late Director of South Sea Company or any person holding in trust for him on 1 June 1720 were vested in above Trustees for sale (d) Extension Act to above Act 9 Geo. I repeating clause re Trusts above for sale. (e)1 full 3rd of estates vested in Morley. 1/3 Manor of Peppyshull alias Pepsall (as above)in Flamstead. £499 paid to Conrad de Colo Esq (Cashier of South Sea Company) by John Osman. 8 May 1724. Endorsement. Assignment of Lease for 99 years to await inheritance by Joseph Osman & Mary Griffis of Great Gaddesden, Herts, widow & Administratrix of Will of Peter to John Hastings of South Sea House, 1/3 of Manor of Peppyshull alias Pepsall. 28 Sep 1732
