- Scope and Contentin consideration of £95 paid to (i) by (iii): 6 pieces of arable land, together amounting to 12 1/2 acres in the parish of Luton, in 2 fields. one piece in Burdge field the land of Sir Robert Napier Kt and Bart. on the north; the King's highway leading from Luton towards Eaton on west; and abutting at the one end upon the church field. and another piece lying in the same furlong and containing 3 acres; the land of Sir Robert on the west, and the land of Richard Bigge in some part and the land of Thomas Wynche in the other part shooting upon the same, abutting at the one end towards the south upon the said church land. One piece lying in the same field and shooteth at the one end upon the aforesaid 3 acre piece, and contains by estimation a like 3 acres, the land of the aforesaid Thomas Wynche lying on the south and the land of the said Sir Robert lying on the north, abutting at the one end towards the north east upon a heading piece of Eustace Long. another piece lying in Sewell field and containing by estimation 3 acres the land now or late of Richard Alldworth lying on the south part, and the land of Sir Robert lying on the north; abbuting at the one end upon Biscott path. another lies in Sewell field and contains 1 1/2 acres the land of the heirs of Richard Crawley deceased lying on the north part, and the land of John Biscoe gent., lying on the south, abbuting at the one end north east upon the meadow ground of Sir Robert called Sewell hole mead. the other piece lies in the same field and contains 1 acre, the land of Thomas Wynche lying on the west, and the land of the same lying on the east, abutting at the one end, towards the north upon the land of Dr. Partington, and at the other end upon the land of Thomas Wynche. covenant against claims, and to levy a fine. witnesses: Thomas.
