    (i) to (ii) at rent of £108 - 6s. per annum: ---- messuage or farmhouse in west end of Kempston late in occupation of (ii) + a yard and ground wherein a house did stand lately in occupation of Thomas Brown and now in occupation of (ii). ---- also several closes of pasture with appurtenances. --- 1 close adjoining the said messuage --- 2 closes, one called the Great Wills, the other the Little Wills. --- the close shooting from Dewison's close to the wood adjoining to West Lawnes. --- the West lawnes of (i), now in 2 parts. --- (i)'s 9 acres 3 roods of meadow in Box mead --- 1acre and a third of 4 roods of Leys lying in the Leys adjoinig the said Box Mead and abutting upon Vicar's ditch. --- 16acres of ley ground in Broadcroft alias west end corner In Oakes Field alias Box end in Kempston. --- (i)'s 69 acres of arable and leys lying in Oakes field in Box end field and in Church Field and in Ridgeway field in Kempston. --- 3 acres of arable lying in the Box at Kempston. + tythes and tenths arising from the part of the Box in Kempston called Boxhill Box, the lane leading from the hill foot to Key furlong lying on the Sof Box Hill way; and a ground of Mr. Guy Hillersdon next to Hunger Woods on the west; the parishes of Stagsden and Bromham on the north; the River Ouse, Box Mead and part of the common field called Rye Furlong on the east; all which tythes and premisses late in occupation of Thomas Kilpin --- ALSO a cottage or tenament with appurtenances in west end of Kempston now or late in the occupation of Thomas Ingersole + dovehouses etc. except all timber (i) can take away the wheat hovel at will husbandry covenants Lease for 9 years from Michaelmas, 1712 at £108 -6s p.a.
