recites will of Hezekiah Slingsby late of Hockliffe, clerk, dated Sept 23rd, 1661, whereby he bequeathes to his daughters Elizabeth, wife of the above Edward Burr, Anne wife of the above Thomas Walker, Abiah wife of the above William Wright, Dorothy wife of Richard Mann, and Susannah wife of the above James Norman to be paid them at their several ages of 21 certain legacies, portions of money etc., to be paid then by his executrix (ii) and to be raised out of the advowson of the Rectory of Hockliffe which he gave his executrix to sell. (i) quitclaims (ii), of all future claims. witnessed: William Slingesby, Robert Gilpin, William Iremonger.
