    1. to her nephew Henry Clarke of Woburn, innholder: --- messuage or inn called the Crown in Dunstable, late in my occupation, now in occupation of Robert Matthews. --- 3 closes of pasture at back of inn = 5 acres. --- all appurtenances and profits reserved on the lease made to Robert Matthews. 2. to her Kinswoman Mary Clarke: --- my other messuage with appurtenances which I have lately rebuilt --- parcel of pasture adjoining the last in Dunstable near to the inn and now in my occupation + all appurtenances. 3. to my nephew Henry Clarke: --- one bond or obligation made by Robert Matthews to give an annuity of £20 a year for 21 years from Michaelmas last. 4. to Mary Clarke: £400 5. to Sarah Salt (daughter of Jane West (by her former husband,) my late niece, the late wife of Benjamin West of Little Wildstreet, Middlesex, and daughter of William Timbs my late brother.) ---£200, whether she be 21 yrs or not. 6. to my nephew Edward Clarke: £50 to add to the £50 left to him by my former husband Mr. Salmon. 7. Richard Clarke, Edward's brother: £100 8. £200 to be retained in trust by Henry and Mary Clarke to put out at interest for the separate use of my sister-in-law Dorothy Champernoone wife of William Champernoone of Leightonstone, Essex; and after the decease of Dorothy Champernoone to be shared between the trustees. 9. Francis Timbs, nephew and one of the sons of my late brother William Timbs: £100 10. to my son-in-law Micheal Spendelowe - £100 11. to Mary Greene of Stopsley, Luton, widow and relict of Edward Greene the elder late of Stospley her late husband - £100 12. £100 for which Edward Greene became bound to me (in the penal sum of £200). 13. To Mary Edwards of St. Albans, widow: £50 14. To Thomas Howard the elder of Dunstable, gent.: £20 15. To Sarah now widow of William Matthews, my tenant - £50 16. To William Smith, my late servant: £10 17. To the poor of Dunstable £5 to be distributed in bread by Henry and Mary Clarke. 18.
