Reciting BW1309 -1310. by which uses of manor of Cokayne Hatley were divided between John Cokayne, wife & heirs, & 1. & heirs. 2., as only surviving child, is entitled to £4,000. Estate is now vested in 1b. in trust, following deaths of other trustees. A. £7,500 marriage portion, to be paid to 3. as trustees. (To be used to pay off portions of younger brothers of 4. according to his father's will): £3,500 already paid, £4,000 to be secured by a mortgage; - - - manor of Cokayne Hatley.
